Description
A softly-rendered desert landscape drawn with rich oils pastels on velour-surfaced paper, a technique Haddaway frequently used to produce a "glow" to skies and subtle color transitions in distant landscapes. Here, a lone coyote howls up toward a dusk sky, nearly blending into the darkening landscape framed by the walls of sweeping mesas and worn rocks on which he stands.
