Drawn at the California Democratic Council (CDC) meeting in Lake Tahoe, November of 1966. Gerald "Jerry" Noel Hill (1929-2012) was a San Francisco-based lawyer, Democratic campaigner, author, and civil rights activist who was president of the CDC in the 1960s.
