Clear Lake is a natural freshwater lake located in Lake County in northern California. The lake flows into many streams and springs such as Soda Bay. The sole outlet for Clear Lake is Cache Creek, and in 1914 Cache Creek Dam was constructed to regulate the outflow and increase the lake's capacity.
