	Description
The patron saint of Chichicastenango, Guatemala, is celebrated every December with week-long festivities that combine indigenous Mayan (K'iche) customs and Christian traditions. Depicted in this work is the facade of the Iglesia de Santo Tomas with the colorful, elaborate floats and bunting created for the event by the townspeople.
