A strong background in painting and graphic design is evident in the vivid, powerful imagery of Bresslern-Roth's "Kampf", a life and death combat between an octopus and a lobster.
An early interest in animals and wildlife lead to a career as one of Austria's leading animal painters, but her prolific artistic pursuits included miniature portraiture and printmaking. Bresslern-Roth attended the School of Arts in Graz, Austria, the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts, and Hans Hajek's school for painting in Dachau.
