Laguna Beach is located in southern Orange County, California and it is an affluent seaside resort city and an artist community. Laguna beach is the third oldest city in Orange County, and it became a tourist industry when five families of homesteaders in the 1900 rented out sections of the beaches to farmers from Tustin, Santa Ana, Fullerton, Riverside and many other inland communities escaping the summer heat.
