A view of one of the entrances to the English barrister association, the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, as seen from Fleet Street, London, England. The Honourable Society is one of the four Inns of Court serving England and Wales, through which all aspiring barristers must train. Here, Lambert depicts the "Middle Temple" entrance, above which is situated Prince Henry's Room, a tavern built in 1610 in honor of the investiture of Prince Henry of Wales, son of King James I. It was used for various taverns as well as a hairdresser's, two museums, and various London council rooms. It is now used by the Delegation of the Catalonian Regional Government to the UK.
