Description
"Blue Circle" was published by the International Graphic Arts Society, Jan. 1964, Series #57. An impression is illustrated in Studio International, December, 1966.
Rothenstein wrote about this print: "I used this rotten piece of timber that produced a range of orchestrated tone when printed. It was held together by the register backing until the final impressions when the wood broke down."
