Ann Chassar Dallas




Little is found on the life and work of Ann Chassar Dallas. The British Museum gives Dalles the dates 1908-1997, and notes that she was a painter, printmaker, and teacher, who lived and taught in Kircudbrightsire, Scotland. She was a member of the Grosvenor Artists in the 1930s, and exhibited at the Redfern Gallery, Goupil Gallery, New English Art Club, and the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Art (1958). 

Dallas' art is held at the British Museum, London, and the Museum of New Zealand, Christchurch, NZ.
