Shigeyuki Ohashi was born on February 2, 1951 in Aomori prefecture. He studied at Chiba University.

He exhibited at the IBIZA Grafic in 1978 in Spain; the "Japan New Faces II" in 1978; the Sunshine Print Grand Prix in 1980; the 12th Annual Nichido Gallery Print Grand Prix Exhibition in Tokyo, the 6th year CWAJ Print Show in 1981.
