Printmaker, painter, and illustrator Jan Krejci was born in Pilsen, Czechoslovakia, in 1942. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts, Prague, from 1961 to 1966. He died in 2001. Little information is found on the life of the artist, but a partial list of his works in collections includes:
