Painter and printmaker Richard "Rick" Rodrigues taught art at the City College of San Francisco (CCSF) from 1972 to 2014, and was a freelance technical illustrator for McGraw-Hill Books. He as a juror for the California Society of Printmakers in 1995. Recent exhibitions include 2017's group show "Oda ala Muerte" at the Juan R. Fuentes Fallery, San Francisco; 2018's group show, "Paradise Lost: A Figurative Art Exhibition" at Back to the Picture Gallery in San Francisco; and 2025's "The Power of Art," an exhibition of artworks by retired CCSF art professors.
