Biography

San Francisco-based artist Morton Levin was born in New ork on October 7, 1923. A printmaker and painter, Levin studied in France under Andre Lohte, Ossip Zadkine, and Stanley William Hayter. He attended the Pratt Institute in New York City where he studied lithography. He received his BS in art at CUNY. He continues to work and exhibit in the San Francisco Bay Area.
