Description
Matilija Poppies produce one of the most delightful eye-pleasing flowers. The showy white flower is the largest flower of the California native plants and its yellow center reminds one of a fried egg. The plants take well to a dry landscape and the immense white flowers seem to dance in the air. Gardeners beware as these plants send out runners and pop up in unexpected places in the garden.
