Description
A Christmas greeting, an etching by California printmaker/craftsman Harold Doolittle, sent as a card by the artist and his wife Vestina. The image is a serene lake in the High Sierras in winter. The accompanying text read:
And it was always said of him, that he knew how to keep Christmas well if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us, and all of us! And so, as Tiny Tim observed God Bless Us, Every One! Dickens' Christmas Carol.
