A palladium/platinum print in which San Francisco Bay Area photographer and painter Sharon Green has combined multiple negatives to form a photographic collage. She has employed an energetic, sumi ink-like brushstroke pattern to the background that allows for the contrast of an image of a Japanese tuskubai, or a traditional washbasin made of stone that is placed at the entrance of shrines and formal spaces, allowing visitors to purify themselves before entering.
