Description
From the late 1930s to the early 1950s Pollak made several portraits of people of note in both Europe and the U.S. There is no name on this portrait, no identifying marks at all, but, judging by this young man's hairstyle and clothing we suspect it was created in the early 1940s, likely when Pollak was officially living in the U.S.
