Description
View from Otenjo Mountain is the fifth in the North Japan Alps series. Yoshida used eight blocks and total of 34 impressions to achieve this image. The blocks were carved by Murakami. According to the Toledo catalogue, the initial edition was 30 impressions. This print is 5/16" shorter at the right side, it is not your imagination, it's a remarkable printing job, perhaps accounting for its rarity.
