Description
Georges Villa drew "a la maniere de" (in French, "in the manner of") after artists, Henry Gerbault, Jean Louis Forain and Caran d'Ache.
Villa drew on the front side a soldier in the manner of Caran d'Ache, also known as the 19th century French satirist and political cartoonist, Emmanuel Poiré. Alongside the drawing of the soldier, Villa drew a side profile of a lady drawn in the manner of H. Gerbault. On the back side, Villa drew a man holding a fan in the manner of Jean Louis Forain.
