Bone did this drypoint of Constantinople in November of 1934 after a drawing he had done in 1929. It was not published until 1936. "Constantinople" was done in nine states, the last appears to have the left margin trimmed to 5-5/16." This impression, as well as a number of others, are annotated "96 proofs" but Dodgson lists a total edition of 97.
