Description

Another large format intaglio William Walcot, who had trained as an architect whose prints often featured architectural subjects, both real and imagined. Sack of a Sicilian Temple was done in 1925, however cataloguer H.C. Dickens did not have an impression to measure and lists no edition.

An impression of this image was included in the December, 1925 Beaux Arts one-man exhibition "Recent Watercolours & Etchings by WW"
