A seemingly haphazard collection of lines and dots reveal themselves to be ephemeral figures, perhaps originally drawn as a sketch of passersby on a city street or an abstracted reimagining of a choreographed dance. As with many of Cuban-born Ricardo Viera’s works, this untitled lithograph is a vibrant juxtaposition of sharp energy and delicate rendering.
